Repaired my vacuum-cleaner
A happy luner new year! But it's indeed not live...
The only what I'm glad is my work is reduced for Taiwanese dealers' off.
And I finished a semester test. I heard a romor that a student who did very well can graduate earlier a year.
My college curriculum changes at just my generation. And a system which permits skipping grades starts.
No one skipped grades.
One day my cleaner stopped working when I using. I took it apart.

First I suspected that its temperature fuze had blown out. Still, the fuze passed electric current.
Second I found inside electrode is dirty with carbon. I filed off the adhered carbon.
But once plug in, The motor spinned with sparking in an instant and stopped.
I dismantled the motor still more. I saw a black, solid object to wear down. The other side of object looks still usuable.
The object is a carbon brush. I certainly thought replace the electrode made it working.

I places an order for an importer through a retailer I boughted.
But as expected, the importer didn't sell the brush.
That's just what one would expect of a cheap machine.
Anyhow I got it for 2000 yen ($16).
I ran around looking for a substitutal part. I found the substitution.

I remodeled original electrode into usable one. I replaced just the tip of electrode.
I soldered wires by way of precaution.

Finally I successfully assembled.

If your machine with motor suddenly stopped, you had better suspect carbon brush.
I think purchasing new cleaner and throwing away broken one are wasteful.
